Our address is 135 W 2nd St, Leadville CO 80461
 
From Denver, take 70W to 91S. (Exit 195). 91S will take you to downtown Leadville, Harrison Street.

Which airports are nearby?

Leadville Airport is the closest but very few commercial planes fly into our airport. Denver International is the largest Airport nearby and about 2.5 hours away.

How do I get into my Tiny House?

We will email you the door access code at 11am the day of check-in. Our on-site manager will be there in case you have any questions.

YES- we love animals and our houses are Pet Friendly.

Do you have Tiny Houses with 1st floor beds?

Accepted Answer

Dragonfly has it's primary sleeping space on the 1st floor with a queen bed that converts to a couch.  It also sports a small loft.  
 
Tiny House Oscar Wilde's living room can sleep 2 comfortably.

Do the Tiny Houses have regular toilets & showers?

Yes, all of our houses have flushing toilets (no composting toilets) & showers. Tiny House Oscar Wilde  is our only house so far with a full sized tub.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. No Refunds for any trip cancelled in the 30 days before arrival.

We offer 2 types of trip insurance when you book. More information on coverage can be found at tinyhousesiesta.rentalguardian.com. For claims, contact us and we will assist you in who to contact and what you will need.
